My name is Nick Gentile. I'm a Pastor in Upstate New York. By The Grace of The Lord Jesus Christ, I've created this website, and everything on it, to raise awareness about and financial support for, the Justice and Freedom campaign for Marvin Louis Guy! 

In 2016, I discovered Marvin Louis Guy's story in the comment section of a YouTube video about a young black man named Jonathan Ferrell, who was unjustly killed by police in North Carolina in 2013.   After reading the comment, I googled Marvin's name and found a petition (which no longer exists) that was created with the purpose of galvanizing the public to sign the petition in order for Marvin to receive justice, and after doing some research, I decided to help Marvin. I started by creating a video to raise awareness about Marvin's story. Here's a link to that video:

 After that, I decided that I wanted to reach out to Marvin and connect with him. So I found out where Marvin was being held and I sent him a letter. A couple of weeks later I received a letter from Marvin. Shortly after that, we connected over the phone. Long story short, since then, we've exchanged several letters.

Since June 2018, the way we've communicated over the last year and a half is over the phone because . I've recorded several calls, turned them into videos, and uploaded them to the internet. Here's a the link to those calls on this website:

I've also made some overview videos about his story and you can find those on the home page of this website where I raise awareness about Marvin's case and make a passionate plea for people to help Marvin receive Justice and Freedom. You can watch them on the home page of the website. 

Here's a news story run by KWTX News 10 in Texas about Marvin's case. They reporter, Chelsea Edwards, contacted me and asked if she could use some of the audio soundbites from Marvin's phone recordings I've collected for a news story she was going to run for the 5th Anniversary of Marvin's arrest. At the time, I didn't know Marvin from Adam, but I knew an unjust situation when I saw one, and Marvin's is the epitome of just such a situation. I knew I had to do everything I could to get him out. That zeal or passion has only increased over time, especially after connecting with Marvin and communicating with him both in writing and over the phone, which has happened because of the money that I've been able to put into his online account on several occasions, by The Lord's Grace. Even though there have been gaps in our phone communication, we've stayed connected by writing to one another. Then, we finally reconnected over the phone in mid-June.

In response, I've also created this website, the Free Marvin Louis Guy! Justice and Freedom Facebook Page, a T-Shirt, and an opportunity to financially support Marvin's Campaign for Justice and Freedom, all of which can be found on this website.

Ultimately, I know that Marvin's case is one of life and death as he is facing the death penalty.

If I was an attorney, I wouldn't hesitate to defend him, but I'm not, so I'm doing everything I can to help secure good representation for Marvin; which is going to cost a lot of money.

Please take a look at the links I've included and help Marvin by sharing everything pertaining to his Justice and Freedom Campaign and financially support his Legal Defense fund by donating directly to his crowdfunding campaign or by purchasing one of Marvin's T-Shirt's; both of which can be found on this site. 

I know that Marvin is innocent and is being targeted because the cops screwed up and their actions led to one of their fellow officers being killed, and they are looking for a patsy, fall guy, or a scapegoat and Marvin is the perfect candidate because he's black and poor.

I will not stop fighting for his freedom until either he is free or I am dead!
