My name is Nick Gentile. I'm a Pastor from Rochester, New York which is Upstate. In March 2016, I discovered Marvin's case/story and ever since I've been fighting to get him JUSTICE. Marvin has been in jail in Killeen, Texas for more than 7 years and counting without a trial. He's an unfortunate victim of a NO-KNOCK RAID and POLICE BRUTALITY at the hands of the Killeen Police Department and both of his CIVIL and CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS were and are being violated and his Due process denied by the Criminal Justice System. 

Justice in Marvin's case would take the form of a fair trial, before an impartial jury of his peers, which we believe entails a change of venue because there is sufficient evidence to conclude that Marvin will not receive a fair trial in Bell County/Killeen, and good, honest legal representation which is what Marvin has been sorely lacking during his entire duration in jail. Marvin has been charged with Capital Murder and is in desperate need of legal help because if convicted of the crimes he's been charged with he faces the Death Penalty. 

This website, and every other aspect of Marvin's Justice Campaign, has been created by me with the ultimate goal of raising awareness about Marvin's campaign to shine a light on the grave miscarriage of justice he has been subjected to, to galvanize people to help him, so that we can finally help him achieve the justice that has eluded him for almost 7 years!
